We welcome you at 2 State Street and want to keep you, our staff, and our tenants safe.

Before visiting, we ask that you self-identify whether you may have been exposed to or have recently experienced symptoms of COVID-19. If so, we ask that you reschedule your visit or conduct your meeting by phone or videoconference.

When visiting, you can expect:

  1. A check-in procedure. A staff member will ask you for your name, phone number, and information about your visit. You will also be asked whether you have been exposed to, experienced symptoms of, or tested positive for COVID-19 in the last 14 days. This information will be logged, but the log will be kept confidential. If contact tracing unfortunately becomes necessary, the information may be shared with public health officials for that purpose only.
  2. If you provide information indicating that you may have been exposed to COVID-19 or refuse to complete the check in procedure, you may be asked to reschedule your visit for future date.
  3. Safety first. You will be asked to wear a facemask when in common areas or in close proximity to others, as well as to maintain a safe social distance (6 ft) from others in the building whenever possible. If you do not have a facemask with you, a disposable mask will be provided.

We ask that you be patient and kind regarding these requests. We understand that these measures can be uncomfortable and/or awkward, but we are just trying to do the best we can given the information and guidance available.

If you have any questions, please contact our office – (315) 252-3500.
