Excelsior Jobs Program: Tax credits available for strategic businesses such as high tech, bio-tech, clean-tech and manufacturing that create jobs or make significant capital investments
Qualified Emerging Technology Companies (QETCs): Tax incentives for investment and job creation in production and/or R&D of emerging technologies Investment Tax Credit (ITC): tax credits of up to 10% for businesses that create new jobs and make new investments in production property and equipment
