We are celebrating Economic Development Week (EDW) 2018! Established by the International Economic Development Council, the goal of EDW is to increase awareness for local programs that create jobs, advance career development opportunities and increase the quality of life.

There are a number of incentives available to Cayuga County businesses through local, state, and federal agencies.
At the local level, we have tax abatement programs available through the Cayuga County Industrial Development Agency and the Auburn Industrial Development Agency. These local agencies can also provide technical assistance, property to locate your business, and coordination of collaboration among the various public and private entities needed to develop your project.
New York State offers numerous opportunities for business growth including programs through Empire State Development and the 10 Regional Economic Development Councils (REDCs).
