The Cayuga Economic Development Agency (“CEDA”) is requesting proposals (RFP) from qualified firms to conduct a supply chain analysis of the Cayuga County economy. The goal of this analysis is three fold:

  1. to identify gaps in supply chains that could be ideal targets for business attraction and startup,
  2. to identify opportunities for additional intra-county trade, and
  3. identify areas where there are supply surpluses or by-product recycling that can create new market opportunities.

The resulting analysis would inform CEDA’s economic development strategy, particularly in the area of business attraction.

Interested firms must respond fully and completely to this RFP and submit a response no later than 12:00pm on March 16, 2021. Please provide all submissions digitally by email, an online file-hosting service (Google Drive, Dropbox, etc.), or mailed on a USB drive. Hard copies are not necessary or required for submission.

Questions regarding this proposal will be accepted until 12:00 pm on Tuesday, March 9, in order to allow sufficient time to respond to all inquiries.
