Patricia Winand Springer of Winand Products Inc is presented an award by the Onondaga SBDC recognizing her as business of the year in Cayuga County. Patricia’s Perfeito family team along with community supporters including CEDA team members, CEDA Board member, Crystina Brooks, and Jenny Haines from the City’s Planning and Economic Development Department, were in attendance.

On Tuesday, May 2nd, Patricia Winand Springer of Winand Products Inc., doing business as Perfeito, a startup business in Cayuga County, was recognized as the outstanding business of the year for 2023 in Cayuga County by the Small Business Development Center (SBDC) at Onondaga Community College. The Cayuga Economic Development Agency (CEDA) is thrilled to have been a part of this success story by making the introductions, which resulted in the recognition of Patricia’s outstanding efforts.  Our specialist connected Patricia to partner resources such as the SBDC for assistance in developing a roadmap for successful exporting, and TDO for guidance with additional food manufacturing certifications. Both of these partner resources provided Patricia with critical support to address her areas of need.
