  • Simple Roast Coffee Company

Matt Peirson, Owner of Simple Roast Coffee Company, came to CEDA in Spring 2016, shortly after he had purchased the building located at 360 Grant Ave, Auburn, as a drive-thru location for Simple Roast.  His hobby of roasting and selling his coffee beans at the market turned into a full-fledged business with his new Auburn location.  He utilized the services of CEDA’s Business Development Specialist to learn more about the local market and economy for launching a small business such as his.  CEDA made referrals and introductions to other partner organizations for Matt to establish and market his brewed coffees.  He continues to work with CEDA on an as-needed basis; and when new opportunities arise, CEDA is sure to inform Simple Roast of the new possibilities.
