The Cayuga Economic Development Agency (CEDA) is thrilled to host the upcoming in-person “Fast Track to Business Start-Up” workshop series. This three-day program, led by the Onondaga Small Business Development Center (SBDC), will take place on September 26, 28 and October 3 from 9:00am-4:30pm, at the Cayuga Economic Development Agency (CEDA) located at 2 State Street in Auburn, NY. This intensive and interactive program is designed to empower aspiring entrepreneurs with the knowledge and skills needed to successfully launch a business. Existing business owners can also benefit from this series by networking with an expert panel of industry professionals who will present on a wide range of critical topics, including business plan development, legal considerations, hiring practices, financial management, business financing, marketing strategies, and social media tactics. Paul Viggiano, Small Business Development Specialist at CEDA, emphasized the value of this workshop, saying, “This comprehensive workshop is a great launch pad to understand the nuances of running a modern business.
