Auburn’s Community Computer Services, Inc., ranked #1 by physicians

I always find myself learning something new and exciting while conducting business visitations in Cayuga County.  Last week I had the pleasure of meeting with the folks at Community Computer Services, Inc.  In case you’re not aware of this impressive company located on Hulbert Avenue (in between the Arterial) in Auburn, they are a software development and services company focused on automating medical practices.  Community Computer has been offering hardware and software services since the late 1960s and is one of Cayuga County’s larger employers, with over 270 employees.

Community Computer’s flagship product, MEDENT, is software for medical practices that dominates the market throughout the northeast and mid-Atlantic.  During my conversation with Community Computer, I learned that our hometown company ranked #1 in Medical Economics’s “2015 Electronic Health Records (EHR) Report Card” by physicians (their customers). Medical Economics is the industry publication for EHR developers and customers.  This is a big deal for a great Auburn company!

Community Computer is known locally as a great community partner and a top notch employer.  Congratulations on this great industry ranking!
