We are delighted to share that our partners at the SBDC at Onondoga Community College are offering a  7-week program starting May 4, 2023 aimed at equipping attendees with a comprehensive understanding of how to conduct business with government entities at the federal, state and local levels. Contracting with government entities can be a complex process but with a strategic approach your business can increase your chances for success. Through this program businesses will be guided through the process including research, drafting a proposal, identifying opportunities and more. Learn how to adopt effective invoicing and accounting practices to ensure you remain organized and in compliance with the necessary reporting. Additionally the program will cover the criteria to certify as a MWBE (Minority & Women-Owned Business Enterprise)  and SEDI (Socially & Economically Disadvantaged Individual) which can help your business stand out and give you an advantage in the bidding process.

This program is open to all businesses in New York state interested in securing contracts with the government or large corporations. Click here to register for this series in-person or virtual and increase your chances of success when contracting with government entities!
